Anomalous phenomenon

It is related with pseudoscience in some ones words. It is an observed event which is deviated from what is expected. The existing rules and scientific theories are deviated there. The phenomenon lacks scientific explanation.

Apparition

Generally, an apparition is the act or instance of appearing, including, a religious vision, Marine Apparition, phantom, doppelganger, bilo cation etc.

Conspiracy Theory

A conspiracy theory usually attributes the ultimate cause of an event or chain of events or the concealment of such causes from public knowledge, to a secret and often deceptive plot by a cabal of powerful or influential people or organizations. Many conspiracy theories imply that major events in history have been dominated by conspirators who manipulate political happenings from behind the scenes.

Crop circle

Crop circle is the term used to represent the patterns created by crops such as wheat, barley, canola etc. Various hypotheses have been put forwarded to explain there formation. Naturalistic explanations and paranormal explanations have been raised to the field.

Crypto zoology

Crypto zoology explains and search about the animals which are believed to be existed. The conclusive evidence about them is missing. The field also includes the search for known animals believed to be extinct. The people studying about this field are called Crypto zoologists.

Cults

Cult is a cohesive social group .They are devoted to the practices and cultures which are considered by the out side community deviated from the mainstream with a notably positive or negative popular perception. In common or populist usage, "cult" has a positive connotation for groups of art, music, writing, fiction, and fashion devotees, but a negative connotation for new religious, extreme political, questionable therapeutic, and pyramidal business groups. Because of this reason most of the (not all) non-fan groups that are called cults reject this label.

Fringe Science

It is the phrase deals with the scientific inquiry .The term "fringe science" is used to describe unusual theories and models of discovery that have their basis in established scientific principle.

Most of the articles in the Fortean times are written in the form of objective journalism. Even though this is not the mandatory method and some articles point out on specific theory and views.
