I have hundreds of copies of old magazines that I need to clear out of my garage. There's a box of old 'Battle' comics from the 1970s; a bog box of Wisden Cricket Monthly from the 1980s; along with smaller piles of Guitar Hero and Touchdown (American Football) magazine.
I would imagine that some of these would have value to collectors, but the chances of happening to find collectors on eBay are pretty slim - and I therefore want to find a specialist comic / magazine auction or advertising site. Any suggestions?

I had a bunch of comic books I took to a local dealer. He only wanted to give me about a third of the book's values. I then tried selling them through the local ad papers and didn't have much success there. It seems that even though they are valued at a certain price, no one wanted to give me full value.
I considered taking them to a convention and renting a booth. You could still try ebay for the more valuable ones.
