where can i buy a magazine called 'the stage' in uk shops? its a magazine for drama students, and it has details about tv auditions in it.

Yes, it is the trade magazine for the acting and showbusiness profession.
Hard to obtain because so few people buy it.
You would probably need to order it specially from your newsagent.
Some of the really big newsagents in large towns sell it.

It does have a few auditions listed but most people who audition have the backiing of their agent, without one you aren't going to go anywhere. You really need a good agent, with lots of contacts, working for you.
