MoneySavingExpert.com has just posted the following message with the title Elle Mag (March) £3.90 with free £10 Soap & Glory Mascara.

The March edition of Elle Magazine comes with a free Soap & Glory 10ml "Thick & Fast" mascara, retailing at £10 on the Boots website. Also, on page 383 is a £2 off Soap & Glory cosmetics voucher, which can be spent at Boots if you spend over £10 in one transaction. I'm a subscriber so it may be a few days until the magazine hits the shops.
