URGENT lookfantastic.com order help

MoneySavingExpert.com has just posted the following message with the title URGENT lookfantastic.com order help.

i have ordered a number of products from lookfantastic.com right now and then went on google to find many complaints of how items aren't delivered until a long time and also receiving damaged or opened goods. has anyone ordered from them in the last month or two weeks and not had a problem? i'm thinking i should cancel it now so it doesn't process since it is not business hours.
