MoneySavingExpert.com has just posted the following message with the title Oakfurnitureland.

Warning - do not buy from this company. Placing an order online is extremely easy but customer care is extremely shoddy. My Tokyo oak desk was damaged. A 30cm front corner piece had cracked and fell off when opened on delivery and all they would do was repair it. The item cost £400 so as you will appreciate I wasnt willing to accept that. I asked for a replacement and they said no. A refund would be offered minus an uplift charge. What sort of company operates on those terms. Disgraceful
