The Hut return authorisation code - help?

MoneySavingExpert.com has just posted the following message with the title The Hut return authorisation code - help?.

Hi, need to return a dvd to the Hut and have just received an email asking me to return with the unique authorisation code. Where do I find it as its not in the email? Is it the list of letters after the word 'Freepost' in the return address? Any help appreciated as I've already had to wait over a week for them to reply to my email and want to get this dvd returned asap. A word of warning to anyone thinking of ordering from them, the dvd was damaged due to the flimsy packaging they sent it out in. Not impressed at all.
