CDiscount back from the dead?

MoneySavingExpert.com has just posted the following message with the title CDiscount back from the dead?.

Just had an email from CDiscount (owned by TheHut) advertising their smashing special offers. I'm assuming they got my email address from the customer database owned by.... CDiscount(owned by Casino Group and some dodgey geezer). They went into administration about a year back owing many people refunds and others like me reasonable amounts of account credit (£60 in my case). Seems odd they have the right to use the email database of the old company but aren't obliged to fix any of the damage caused by them. I wonder if they'll also be selling vitamin supplements for the elderly under the "Dr Shipman's" brand?
