PPA appeals against online video regulation fees

MediaWeek.co.uk Has Just Posted the Following with the title PPA appeals against online video regulation fees

The Professional Publishers Association (PPA), is disputing that short video clips on publishers' websites should be regulated by Atvod, the on-demand programme services regulator, because its "unfair" fees could "curb digital innovation".
